This Sake is straight up gangsterrrr. I was in NY about a month ago and everytime I’m in NY I go to this place Decibel in downtown Manhattan. The place has about 150-200 different choices for Sake. What a clean drink. I usually like dry but this one was super flavorful. It was called “undiluted” which is different than “unfiltered”. Unfiltered is the milky weird Sake and undiluted just means that they don’t add water, so it’s super flavorful.
