Toro time! Fatty blue fin tuna. This is the most prized/expensive piece of sushi. It has a mild but amazing flavor and almost melts in your mouth. In Tokyo some big blue fin tuna’s sell for about $200,000. It is most definitely the Bentley of fish, the only difference is that annoying rich fags don’t drive blue fin tunas. These pieces were very good, I’ve had better but I’ve also had much worse. 8.5/10.

you should be eating sustainable sushi. the blue fin are overfished by the Japanese, their numbers have plummeted rapidly in the past few years. they are an endangered species and consuming them supports the demand.
