Seared Scallop. There is only one piece in this photo because I quickly wolfed down the other piece before I could take a picture of it. I like scallops just fine but they have never been my favorite, they’re usually just so so to me, especially as sushi. This was the best scallop I’ve ever had in my life. It had a good amount of lemon on it, a touch of salt and it was slightly seared. The texture and flavor were amazing, one of the best pieces of sushi I’ve ever had. 10/10
