Finally, something good. Two pieces of yellowtail sushi. Not the best, not the worst…but it was good ….and next to that salmon slop, it was amazing. I don’t understand sushi restaurants that give you really cold fish. I have never researched it but I’m sure it’s not right. All of the top sushi places I’ve ever been to serve pieces of sushi pretty close to room temp, if not a slight bit cooler….but when you put a piece of really cold sushi in your mouth, it doesn’t seem quite right. They need to step their temp game up. 6/10 on those pieces.
