Oh no, not another horrible thing. What the fuck? Huuge pieces of seared salmon, the taste wasn’t awful but the texture was the grossest thing ever. Even if you lightly sear a thinly cut piece of fish, the clash of the textures from the slightly cooked outside to the raw inside is a little bit weird for me…..but when you have such thick pieces of fish, it was really sloppy and the texture was something I never want to have in my mouth again *pause*. Also, how are the first 2 starting plates so big? You’re supposed to give a small seaweed salad to start not humongous plates of fish. This was not going good at all, both starting plates were like a 1/10. I needed some Sake desperately.
